Conditions to access the service

Welcome to Investment J.F. Moya! 
1. His relationship with Investment J.F. Moya 
1.1 The use of the information, services and websites Investment JF Moya (collectively referred to as the "Services" in this document and excluding the services Investment JF Moya to give some other separate written agreement) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Investment JF Moya. The present document explains how to formalize the contract and sets forth some of its conditions.

1.4 The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, form a legally binding contract between you and Investment JF Moya on their use of the Services. It is important that you use the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is called the "Terms". 
1.5 If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of the Additional Terms and Conditions of Universales prevail as stipulated in the Additional Terms in relation to that Service. 
2. Acceptance of Terms 
2.1 To use the Services, you must accept the conditions previously. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. 
2.2 You may accept the conditions: 
(A) by clicking the acceptance of the Terms, where investment JF Moya offered this option in the user interface for any Service, or 
(B) actually using the Services. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that, from that moment, Investment JF consider their use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms. 
2.3 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) is not of legal age and can not form a binding contract with JF Investments Moya, or (b) does not have the legal capacity to receive services under the laws of United States or other countries, including the country where you reside or use the Services. 
2.4 Before you continue, we recommend that you print or save a local copy of the Universal Terms for reference purposes. 
3. Language of Conditions 
3.1 In the event that Investment J.F. Moya has provided a translation of the English version of the Terms, you acknowledge that such a translation is provided for your convenience only and that their relationship with Investment JF Moya will be governed by the provisions of the English version of the Terms. 
3.2 If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of the English version of the Terms of translation and prevail as stipulated in the English version of the Terms. 
4. Provision of Investment Services by JF Moya 
4.1 Investment J.F. Moya has subsidiaries and associated companies around the world (the "Subsidiaries and Associated Companies"). Occasionally, these companies who will provide the Services on behalf of itself Investments JF Moya. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Associated Companies may provide the services. 
4.2 Investment J.F. Moya constantly innovates to offer the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Investment Services JF Moya provides may change from time to time without prior notice. 
4.3 As part of this process of constant innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Investment JF Moya may discontinue (either permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any of its features) that are offered to you or to users generally at its sole Investment JF Moya, without prior notice. 5.1 To access certain services, you may be asked to provide your personally identifiable information (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process on the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. 5.2 You agree to use the Services only for purposes permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any laws, regulations, generally accepted practices or guidelines applicable in the relevant jurisdictions (including laws regarding the export and import data or software from United States or other relevant countries). 
5.3 You agree not to access (or attempt to access) to the Services by any means other than through the interface provided by Investment JF Moya, unless you have been specifically authorized to do so under a separate contract with JF Investments Moya. 
5.4 You agree not to engage in any activity that impedes or interferes with the functioning of the Services (or the servers and networks that are connected to the Services). 
5.5 Unless you have a specific authorization under a separate contract with JF Investments Moya, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
5.6 You agree to be solely responsible (without Investment JF Moya should face any liability to you or other third parties) for any breach of its obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of such failure (including any loss or damage JF Moya Investments that may be incurred). 
6. Security of your account and password 
6.1 You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. 
6.2 Accordingly, you agree to be solely responsible to Investment JF Moya with respect to all activities regarding your account. 
6.3 If you detect any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you must immediately notify Investment JF Moya through our website. 
7. Privacy and Your Personal Information 
7.1 For information about the investment practices JF Moya on privacy, see Privacy Policy Investment JF This policy describes the way in which investments JF Moya comes your personal information and protect your privacy when you use the Services. 
7.2 You agree to use your data in accordance with the rules on privacy Investment JF Moya. 
8. Content Services 
8.1 You acknowledge that any information (such as data files, written text, computer software, sound files or other sounds, photographs, videos or images) from which you access through your use of the Services is responsible exclusive of the person who caused such content. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works from this Content (either in whole or in part) unless you have been expressly empowered by Investment JF Moya or the owners of that content, under a separate contract. 
8.3 Investment J.F. Moya reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to preview, review, sort, filter, modify, discard or remove all or part of the contents of any Service. For certain services, investment J.F. Moya may provide tools to filter and remove materials that contain explicit sex .. Additionally, there are other commercially available services and software to limit access to those materials that you consider questionable. 
8.4 You understand that by using the Services may be exposed to Content that you may consider offensive, obscene or questionable and that, as regards this issue, you use the Services at your own risk. 
8.5 You agree to be solely responsible (without Investment JF Moya should face any liability to you or other third parties) of the Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and the consequences of their actions (including any loss or damage that may incur Investment JF Moya). 
9. Property Rights 
9.1 You acknowledge and agree that J.F. Investment Moya (or licensors Investment Moya JF) has full ownership, all rights and ownership of the Services, including intellectual property rights relating to the Services (whether those rights are registered or not, and instead the world in which they apply). You also acknowledge that the Services may contain information classified as confidential by Investment JF Moya and you may not disclose without the prior written consent Investment JF Moya. 
9.2 Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing Investment JF Moya, Nothing in the Terms grant you any right to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features Investment JF Moya. 
9.3 If you had been given the right to use any of these brand features in accordance with a written contract concluded with Investment JF Moya, you agree that the use of such features shall be as stipulated in this contract, any applicable provisions of the Conditions and the guidelines on use of features brand Investment JF Moya in force at all times. 
9.4 Apart from the limited license provided in Section 11, Investment JF Moya acknowledges and agrees that he will not receive any right or interest from you (or your licensors) under these Terms in relation to Content which you submit, post, display or transmit through the Services, including property rights inherent intellectual content (regardless of whether such rights are registered or not, and the place where they apply). This license is only to enable use and benefit of services provided by Investment JF Moya, as permitted under the Terms. 
10.2 You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, perform reverse engineering, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software or any part thereof (and not allow others to do such activities) except as expressly permitted or required by law, or unless Investments JF Moya has been expressly authorized in writing to carry out such actions. 
10.3 Unless Investment J.F. Moya has given its express written consent, you may not assign (or sub-license) your rights to use the Software, grant security over any part thereof or convey their rights of use of the Software. 
11. Your license to the Content 
11.1 You retain all copyrights and other rights you already have in relation to Content which you submit, post or display through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying such content, you grant to Investment JF Moya leave a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and nonexclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish and distribute the Content you submit, post or display through the Services. This license is only to allow Investment JF Moya display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked with respect to certain services as set out in the Additional Terms of those Services. 
11.2 You agree that this license includes the right Investment JF Moya to offer such content to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom Investments JF Moya maintain business relationships for service delivery staff, and to use those contents in relation to the provision thereof. 
11.3 You acknowledge that in implementing the technical measures necessary to provide services to users, JF Investments Moya may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and various media, and (b) make changes to your Content as are necessary to adapt and adapt to technical requirements of networks, devices, services or media connection. You agree that this license will allow Investment JF Moya carry out the above actions. 
11.4 You confirm and warrant to Investment J.F. Moya is the holder of all rights and powers as are necessary to grant the above license. 
12. Software Updates 
12.1 The Software which you use occasionally can download and install updates automatically and Investment JF Moya. These updates are designed to improve and develop the Services and may include bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Investment JF Moya to be provided) as part of your use of the Services. 
13. Ending your relationship with Investment JF Moya 
13.1 The Terms will remain in force until you or Investment JF Moya settle the contract in accordance with the provisions below. 
13.2 If you wish to terminate the contract was signed with legal Investments JF Moya, you can do (a) by notifying Investment JF Moya, at any time and (b) closing the accounts you have in relation to all the services you use in the event that Investment JF Moya has offered this option. Must send written notice to the address Investment JF Moya at the top of these Terms. 
13.3 Investment J.F. Moya may terminate the legal contract you have signed up at any time if: 
(A) You breach any provision of the Terms (or acting in a manner that clearly demonstrates that he does not intend to perform or is unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms), or 
(B) Investments J.F. Moya is required by applicable law (eg if the provision of the Services to you is or becomes illegal), or 
(C) the partner with whom Investments J.F. Moya Services offers resolves its contractual relationship with Investment JF Moya or fails to provide the Services, or 
(D) Investments J.F. Moya is planning to stop providing the Services to users in the country where you reside or where you use the service, or 
(E) the provision of Investment Services by JF Moya is no longer commercially viable in the opinion Investment JF Moya only. 
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall affect the rights of Investment JF Moya in connection with the provision of services under clause 4 of Terms. 
13.5 A resolution of these Conditions, all legal rights, obligations and responsibilities of you and Investments JF Moya has been granted, which have been subject (or which have accrued over a period of time during the term of the Terms) or that have been specifically formulated to survive indefinitely, remain unaffected by this resolution and the provisions of paragraph 20.7 shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and responsibilities for an indefinite period. 
14. Warranties 
14.1 The Services are provided "as is" and Investment JF Moya, its subsidiaries and associates, and its licensors do not give any guarantee with respect to them. 
14.2 In particular, Investment J.F. Moya, its subsidiaries and associates, and licensors do not represent or warrant that: 
(A) your use of the Services will meet your requirements, 
(B) your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, 
(C) information that you obtain through your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, and 
(D) defects will be corrected in the operation or functionality of any Software that is provided as part of the Services. 
14.3 No warranty or condition (including any implied term of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or description) shall apply to the Services except insofar as expressly provided in the Terms. 
14.4 Nothing in the Conditions shall affect the legal rights to him at all times as a consumer that can not be contractually modified or which can not be waived. 
15. Limitation of Liability 
15.1 Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of Investment JF Moya for losses that can not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable laws. 
15.2 Subject to the general provision in paragraph 15.1 above, Investments JF Moya, its subsidiaries and associates, and its licensors shall not be liable to you for: 
(A) any indirect or consequential losses that you incur arising, including loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of goodwill or reputation or corporate data loss; 
(B) any loss or damage you incur as a result of: 
(i) the credit that you have given to the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and an advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the Services; 
(ii) any change J.F. Investment Moya made on the Services, or any permanent or temporary interruption of the provision of the Services (or any of its characteristics); 
(iii) the removal, corruption or failure to store the Content and other communications data maintained or transmitted through its use of the Services; 
(iii) its failure to provide Investment J.F. Moya accurate account information; 
(iv) your failure to maintain security and confidentiality of your password or account information; 
15.3 The limitations on liability Investment JF Moya against you in paragraph 15.2 above shall apply irrespective of whether Investment JF Moya has been advised or should know of the possibility of such damages. 
16. Policy on Copyright and Trademark 
16.1 In accordance with its policy, Investment JF Moya will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement made pursuant to the implementation of international legislation on intellectual property (including, United States, the law on copyright in the digital age (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), and cancel the accounts of repeat infringers. 
16.2 Investment J.F. Moya implemented a grievance procedure relating to trade marks in respect of advertising Investment JF Moya. 
17. Classifieds 
17.1 Some services are maintained with revenue from advertising and may display advertisements and promotions. These ads can be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services or other information. 
17.2 The manner, mode and volume of advertising including investments by JF Moya on the Services are subject to change without prior notice. 
17.3 In consideration for the right to access and use of the Services Investment JF Moya gives you agree that J.F. Investment Moya may include advertising on the Services. 
18. Other content 
18.1 The Services may include hyperlinks to other websites, content or resources. Investment J.F. Moya may have no control over web sites or resources provided by other companies or persons other than Investment JF Moya. 
18.2 You acknowledge and agree that J.F. Investment Moya is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not sign or advertising or products or other materials available through such websites or resources. 
18.3 You acknowledge and agree that J.F. Investment Moya will not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of the availability of such external sites or resources, or credit you have given to the completeness, accuracy or existence of the advertising, products or other materials available through such sites or resources. 
19. Changes in Terms 
19.1 Investment J.F. Moya may make changes at any time in the Universal Terms or Additional Terms. When such changes are introduced, Investment JF Moya will include a new copy of the universal condition and shall make available the new version of the additional conditions through the Services concerned. 
19.2 You acknowledge and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the Universal Terms or Additional Terms have changed, JF Investments Moya considered that the use you make constitutes acceptance of the updated Universal Terms or Additional Terms. 
20. General Provisions 
20.1 Sometimes when you use the Services, you may use other services, download software or purchase products provided by other persons or companies. Your use of these other services, software or goods may be subject to further conditions apply to you and the relevant company or person. In this case, these conditions do not affect your legal relationship with these other companies or individuals. 
20.2 The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Investment JF Moya and govern your use of the Services (excluding those services Investment JF Moya him under any other separate written agreement), completely replace all previous agreements between you and Investment JF Moya in connection with the Services. 
20.3 You agree that J.F. Investment Moya may send you notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email or postal code, or by including such notices in the Services. 
20.4 If Investment J.F. Moya does not exercise any right or action under the Terms (or the investments that have the benefit JF Moya pursuant to applicable law), you agree that this is not considered a formal renunciation of the rights of Investment JF Moya, and that those rights or actions will continue to attend Investment JF Moya. 
20.5 If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid, that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest. The remaining provisions of the Terms remain in effect in all respects. 
20.6 You acknowledge and agree that each company's group that Investment JF Moya is the matrix will be the third recipient of the Terms, and that these companies have the right to directly exercise any provision of the Terms which confers a benefit (or rights to it). Apart from these companies, no other person or company shall be deemed a third recipient of the Terms. 
20.7 The Terms, and its relationship with Investment JF Moya under the Terms shall be governed by the laws of England. You and Investment J.F. Moya agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal questions regarding the Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that Investment JF Moya may require the adoption of measures (or other equivalent measures urgent) in any jurisdiction.
